Shipping Policy

Welcome to UrbanCartel. We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably while keeping you informed at every step.

We typically deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your pincode, courier partner operations, and unforeseen events (strikes, extreme weather, festivals, etc.).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to follow your shipment.

After dispatch, you can track your order using the tracking link sent to you or by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website and entering your order details.
If your tracking status has not updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order ID.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the provided address.
If you miss the delivery, the courier may attempt again or contact you.
In case the order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated non‑acceptance, or unreachable contact details, we may cancel the order and deduct two‑way shipping and handling charges from any applicable refund.
